Farm-raised, pasture-raised duck offers a clean, rich flavor unlike wild duck. Considered a red meat, it’s a great alternative to the “trinity of meats” beef, pork, and chicken.

Our duck is available in pre-portioned packages of breasts, leg quarters and wings, or whole.

The main breed we raise is pekin-like duck, but we do offer Muscovy, Rouen, Margret when available, which we hatch out from our laying flock of ducks.

We offer a range of chicken products that combine top-notch quality with convenience. Our chickens are prepped and ready for the oven or grill, so you can enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals without the hassle. We know you don’t always have time to cook a whole chicken or break it down yourself, so we’ve done the work for you.

While we offer whole chickens, most of our products come pre-portioned—think chicken breasts, quarters, thighs, and drums, all ready to go! If you want custom packaging i.e. 1 breast, 1 thigh or certain quantities, you are welcome to reach out to us and we can try to accommodate on our next processing cycle.

Raised seasonally, we offer a selection of turkey products that bring both convenience and quality to your table. When available our ground turkey is a customer favorite, but everyone is ready for the main event.

Our turkeys’ “Super Bowl” is Thanksgiving, where we team up with local farms to finish them on top-tier ingredients. Previous years, we finished them on apples, adding a delicious, subtle flavor. These turkey products are available seasonally, so make sure to grab them while supplies last!
